Complaints

If you do not like the product or it has been damaged during delivery, you should immediately notify us. In this case, the product should not be used. If you have notified us in writing (e-mail or SMS) that the product was damaged in delivery, the product may be replaced or returned for the refund as soon as possible.

If the accident occurs during product handling or wearing, and the product is damaged, within 30 days of the receipt, we will fix it for free. Korkyra jewelry disclaims liability if you have not taken appropriate care of our product (as directed).
